Return & Refund Policy

Pinstripe World (pinstripeworld.com) is a marketplace for independent artists. This policy applies to every order placed on Pinstripe World. You can read it without signing in.

Returns

Every product shows its return policy on the product page before you buy: either Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery or Final sale.
Returns accepted: you can return the item within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Start the return from your order with Report a problem, then choose Changed my mind. Ship the item back with tracking within 7 days. You pay the return postage. You are refunded in full when the artist marks the item received.
Final sale: no change-of-mind returns, but you are still fully protected if the item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is not as described.
Prints printed and shipped by Pinstripe are made to order and are final sale. If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, report it from your order and Pinstripe will reprint it or refund you in full. You do not need to send it back.
Commissions and packages are custom work: final sale once started, and refunded if they are not delivered or not as described.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

If an order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, is not as described, or does not arrive, tap Report a problem on the order and add photos. Your payment is held until the problem is resolved.
The artist has 3 days to refund you in full, refund part, or ask for a return. If they decline or do not answer, Pinstripe decides, including a full refund.
If a physical order has not shipped 14 days after its due date, Pinstripe refunds you in full automatically.

Cancellations

You can cancel a paid order for a full refund until it is shipped or started, from the order page.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
